Welcome to the registration page for the 3rd International Conference on Rice for the Future(ICRF2024). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for the event. By registering for the conference, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Registration
1.1. All participants must complete the registration form and pay the applicable registration fee to attend the conference.
1.2. Registration is not confirmed until the full payment has been received.
1.3. Register as fee-waived registration. Please note that the welcome dinner is not included.
2. Payment
2.1. You can make payments using the methods specified during login on the Payment page.
2.2. All payments must be made in full before the event. Partial payments will not be accepted.
2.3. The registration fee includes access to :
- All scientific and special sessions
- Exhibition and poster area
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Program books, e-book abstracts
- Conference materials
- Welcome dinner*
*(For Thai students and registered fee-waived participants, the welcome dinner is not included and is an optional add-on available for separate purchase.)
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the conference organizers at email: support@thailandricehub.org
3.2. Cancellations in September There will be a 1000 THB fee for management.
3.3. Cancellations in October, deduct 50% of the registration fee.
3.4. Substitute participants are welcome at no additional charge if the original registrant is unable to attend.
4. Event Changes
4.1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the conference may be postponed or canceled. Registrants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event.
5. Privacy
5.1. The personal information collected during registration will be used for conference-related purposes only and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
5.2. By registering, you agree to receive communications from the conference organizers regarding this event and future events.
By registering for the 3rd International Conference on Rice for the Future, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
