Rules for Submission Abstract & Full paper(optional)

You can submit a full paper (optional) or just an abstract.

1. The abstract / full paper must be written in ENGLISH.

2. Submit an abstract / full paper ONLY through Submission Online.

3. Use standard abbreviations and place a special or unusual abbreviation in parenthesis after the full word appears.

4. Write numbers as numerals rather than words.

5. The body of the abstract is limited to 250 words, excluding the title and information on authors.

6. The presenting author will be required to create account and login before submitting. (Submit Now +)

Full paper

1. Please use this template for preparing manuscripts.

2. Your manuscript must be not more than 6 pages.

3. Your submission file must be in doc, docx format.

Guidelines for Oral Presentation

Each presenter will have a 15 minute talk and a 5 minute Q&A. We recommend setting the PowerPoint or PDF pages size at a 16:9 ratio at a resolution of approximately 1,920 x 1,080 pixels.

Poster

Size W 85 cm. x H 120 cm.

Awards
